She was born and raised in Vidalia, Ga., where she lived until she married. Vicky gave her life to the Lord during her teenage years while attending First Baptist Church of Vidalia. During high school, she sang in chorus, was a Girl Scout and was an avid athlete involved in basketball, swimming and cheerleading. Vicky attended Brewton Parker College, where she met and then married her husband of 34 years, Wes Arnold. She was successfully self-employed with a familylike clientele, many who were faithful to her for over 25 years.
Her proudest accomplishments were being a mother to her two boys and a wonderful wife to her husband. She relished time with her immediate and extended family and had many fond memories of playing dominoes, camping, Sunday afternoon get-togethers, movie marathons, family sing-alongs and beach trips. She also enjoyed supporting her husband with his music ministry. Vicky was a very loving and caring person who impacted the lives of all she touched.
