Vincent Brown was born January 31,1942 in Port Royal, SC to the parentage of John T. Simmons and Matilda Brown.
He went to Robert Smalls High School and completed his HS education in 1960. He continued his education at Mather Jr. College, earning an associate degree. Shortly after, he joined the US Airforce and remained enlisted throughout his career and retired.
He was a great father, husband and friend.
Vincent united in Holy Matrimony to Billie C. Brown on December 16, 1968 and enjoyed 56 years of marriage.
Vincent departed this life on March 20, 2025.

He is survived by: his beloved wife, Billie C. Brown and daughter, Carla Evans (William). Sisters: Coretha Brown Fripp (Nate); Cora Brown Campbell; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
