Walter C. Sherman, 84, of Roanoke, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 after a long illness.
Funeral Service: 10 AM Monday, at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel with interment to follow. Visitation: 2-4 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
Walter is preceded in death by his son, Tony Sherman.
Survivors: Loving wife of 58 years, Betty; three grandchildren, Brandi and husband Seth Ingram, Corey Sherman, and Garrett Sherman and wife Julie; and four great grandchildren, Jaden, Reylee, Seth and Paisley.
