Warren Phillip Mass

Born April 30, 1948 in Teaneck, NJ to Warren J. and Gloria Mass. He was a devoted, life long Catholic who proudly earned the title of 4th Degree Knight of Columbus. He also was a lifelong member of the John Birch Society, including 32 years of employment as a writer and editor.

His devotion to his family was the most important thing in his life. He spent many years researching and documenting his ancestry and family history. His love of travel and exploration led him to visit and even relocate to many different places across several states and even cross country. He set his sights higher still and began travelling to other countries and continents.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Mass; son, Thom; daughter, Sarah, daughters, Lisa, and Darlene; son, Mike; brothers, Gary, Greg, and Glenn; grandchildren, Jake, Audra, Devon, Alicia, Ryan, Kyle, Sarah, Abagail, Derek, Alex, Jared, and Gabriel; most recently and an enormous source of pride are his great-grandchildren: Tailynn (Snug), Adalyn, and Evan.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Peter; and daughter, Cindy.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 am Friday, January 29, 2021 at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel, 7100 Crowley Rd., Ft. Worth, TX 76134 (817) 293-1350. Burial will be held at 2pm Friday at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 1500 S. Westmorland, Desoto, TX.
