
He was born on October 28, 1949 to the late Charles and Nancy Marshall of Maysville, Kentucky. Wilfred was one of the 11 children and as a child; he was raised in the church at Worthington Chapel in Minerva, Kentucky.
His late wife Lena P. Marshall was called to rest January 8, 2011. He leaves behind, siblings, George Marshall, Charles Marshall, John Marshall, Jerry Marshall, Rev James Marshall and Richard Marshall and a host of other family and friends.
Wilfred retired as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army with 20 years of service. He was a Chemical Operations Specialist 7 years 2 months, Materiel Central and Accounting Specialist 19 years 8 months.

The National Defense Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon (3), Army Good Conduct Medal (6th Award), Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (5), Army Achievement Medal (2d Oak Leaf Cluster). Wilfred was truly loved and will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.
