Bill was born Dec. 20, 1950, in Oakland, Calif., to Neale and Martha Engberg. He graduated from Richland High School in 1969. Bill was co-owner of ZEROS, Fort Worth's infamous new wave/punk nightclub that graced the Metroplex music scene during the late 1970s and early 1980s. He was the deputy superintendent of commercial exhibits for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo for the past 14 years. Bill was also the owner of BE Express, a hot-shot delivery service. He worked closely with Exclusive Nationwide Delivery in Grand Prairie. Bill was an independent man with a pioneer spirit and a true modern-day cowboy.
He was preceded in passing by his loving parents.
