William Joe Everett, Jr. was born on July 31, 1940 to the parents of William Oscar Everett and Elizabert Berry in Paris, Texas. William attended I.M. Terrell High School in Fort Worth, Texas. After graduating, he went on to join the Air Force where he served his Country for a few short years working as a Missile Combat crew member and ranked in the top of his class in repair and malfunction analysis. As a civilian, William worked for Trinity Industries as a Welder where he retired to live a quiet, happy life for many years in Fort Worth, Texas and Indianapolis Indiana.
He is preceded in death by both parents, his ex-wife Willie Everett, and Steven Allen, Billy Ray Berry and Laquita Miles.
He leaves to cherish his memories, two sons, Leon Hicks, Jr. (Shirley) and Eric Torres; two daughters, Teri-Lyn Morton (Jerome) and Taryn Henton (Althalo); five brothers, Kenneth Everett (Frances), Donald Berry, Ricky Berry, Curtis Berry and Andrew Berry; two sisters, Shirley Miles and Wanda Smith; two nephews, Tony Allen and Michael Miles; niece, Lisa Miles; four grandchildren, DuRon Martin, Everett Smity, Jr., Alex Morton and Alexis Morton; and a host of other relatives and friends.
