He leaves to cherish his memories, his brothers, Roger Babino, Donald Babino, Randy Babino, Ronnie Babino, Bernard Babino, JC Milton, and David Milton; along with a host of friends and family.
Fred was preceded in death by his mother, Helen B. Smith; and father, Joseph Milton.
