Marilyn Philpot

Marilyn leaves to cherish her memories; her husband Jeffrey Philpot; a step daughter Sharon Philpot; and four step grandchildren, Chyenne, Harley, and Amar’e Philpot and Nyliah Wright; Seven siblings which includes six sisters; Jackie Johnson, Gwen Roberson, Karen Jones, Rachel Jackson, Barbara Jackson-Fajuke, and Florence Baker; one brother, Jarvis Jackson; one stepbrother, Willis Lewis, Jr.; two stepsisters; Marva Jeanie Lewis, and Joy Renee Lewis; two sister in laws; Cheryl G. Lewis, and Kim Jackson, two brother in law; Michael Jones, and Danny Baker; one Godson, Marcus Wonsley; her stepmother; Louise Jackson; a special aunt; Martha Polidore, a special uncle; John Jack Sr; her extended family; Jerome (Tara) Freddie (Jan) Darien, Travis, and Judy Philpot; Ellen (James) Glover, Phyllis (James) Burge, and Clara Ingram; her MDOC and Class of 1978 Family, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, relative and friends who knows that earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents: Barbara Lewis, John Jackson, and Willis Lewis; also with help of Rachel Smith, two grandmothers; Daisy B. Scott, and Florence Jackson; One sister, Sandra Jackson, four brothers,; Michael , Don, Frankie and Gordon Lewis; and a special nephew Chadwick.
