He was born August 16, 1936 in Walton the son of Warner and Pauline (North) Kingsbury. He married Dolores Fullington on December 11, 1958, and she predeceased him on November 16, 1995.
Bob served in the US Air Force from 1957 to 1961.
He retired as a custodian from the Franklin Central School, and prior to that he worked as a carpenter.
He is survived by his four children, Robert W. (Brenda) Kingsbury, Jr. of Franklin, Lorenda A. Lambrecht of Bainbridge, Terry J. Smith of Endicott, and Gerald J. (Bridget) Kingsbury of Sidney, 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Thomas Kingsbury of Sidney, Douglas Kingsbury of Middleburg, Alberta Anderson of Delhi, Linda Pipa of Arizona, Thelma Scherer of Bloomville, Betty Tait of Port Crane, and Gloria Tait of Delhi, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside military service will be at 2 pm on Friday, June 7th in the Ouleout Valley Cemetery, Franklin.
