Ada Cathrine Brooks

Ada C. Brooks, age 89 of Franklin died peacefully on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at The Atrium Medical Center. Ada was born in Middletown, Ohio on January 4, 1933 the daughter of the late Jack Rawlins and Ollie (Hatton) Alexander. Ada was also preceded in death by a son, James Pelfrey, a granddaughter, Emily Brooks and her siblings,Virginia Agee, William Rawlins, Zulla Turvey, Robert Rawlins and Barbara Pelfrey, She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and is survived by her husband of 63 years, Eugin Brooks; 5 sons, Arvil (Joyce) Brooks, Mark (Katie) Brooks, Scott (Tammy) Brooks, Larry (Laura) Brooks, Gary (Donna) Brooks; 2 daughters, Sherry (Everett) Smith and Connie Goodlett; a brother, Sherrill Alexander; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Rawlins;15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at the Anderson Funeral Home- Franklin Chapel, 1357 East Second Street, Franklin, Ohio. Interment will follow in Woodside Cemetery in Middletown. The family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of the services on Saturday.
