Arthur R. "Shorty" Webb, age 52, of Franklin, Ohio, died Wednesday May 1, 2013 at his residence . Arthur was born in Berea, Kentucky on March 15, 1961 to Roy and Della (Crane) Webb. Arthur was preceded in death by his Father, Roy Webb, Sister, Sharon Webb, Brother, Eugene Webb. Arthur is survived by hismother Della Brown, step father Hubert Brown, a son Justin Webb, a grandson Gavin Webb, a brother Mike Webb, a sisters Nancy Roth, Louise Allen, Betty Webb, aunts Sarah Lakes and Nora Roach. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Monday May 6, 2013 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Rev. Richard Gifford officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
