Barbara L. Farmer, age 89, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023 at the Atrium Medical Center. Barbara was born in Dayton, OH on December 29, 1933 to the late Harry and Dorothy (Robinson) Dickensheets.
She was a cook with Kinder Care for several years, was a loving mother to six girls and enjoyed the time she spent with her family.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Farmer in 1982; her daughters, Janice Lemmons and Connie Johnson. She is survived by her daughters, Pam (David) Roberts, Melissa Duncan, Patty Smith, Carol (Wes) Stillwell; 23 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren; and her brother, David Dickensheets.
A visitation for Barbara will be held Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, Ohio 45005, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. with Pastor Eric Johnson officiating.
Burial will be in Dayton Memorial Park in Dayton Memorial Park.
