Barbara was born on November 5, 1941 to Gobel and Aimee Oliver. She is survived by daughter Lisa Marchant (Bob Marchant) and son Richie Tussey (Pam Tussey), grandchildren Whitney Tussey, Megan Marchant, and Devon Tussey, along with one great grandchild, Savea. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Richmond Tussey and son Billy Tussey.
A visitation will be held on November 22, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. Second St., Franklin, Ohio, 45005. Her funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm with burial at Woodhill Cemetery. Pastor Jamie Cagg officiating.
