Bennie Frazier

Bennie Frazier, age 81, of Middletown, died Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at his residence. He was born September 24, 1929 in Breathitt County, Kentucky, the son of Algie Frazier and Ida Back Frazier. Bennie worked as a Group Leader at Aeronca Inc. He loved to hunt deer, wild turkey and fish. Bennie was a Kentucky Colonel. He is survived by two daughters, Deborah husband Anthony Lee of Trenton, Brenda Sue husband Ronnie Lewis of Middletown; two sons, Wendell Ray wife Sonja Frazier of Middletown, Gary wife Julie Frazier of Somerville; 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; two brothers, John Frazier of Cumberland, Kentucky, Mac Frazier of Breathitt County, Kentucky; and two sisters, Charlotte Bailey and Lena Mae Cornett both of Breathitt County, Kentucky. The family wishes to thank Dr. Wourms, Dr. Butler, and Hospice of Middletown. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Chaplain Lois Allen officiating. Visitation will be 5-8:00 PM, Thursday at the funeral home.
