Bill Spencer, age 72 of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. Bill was born in Middletown, OH on August 12, 1945 to the late Bee and Bertha Spencer.
He is preceded in death by his grandson, Jeremy Freeze and sister, Verniece Spencer.
He is survived by his four daughters, Sheila (Scott) Sears, Becky Freeze, Christy Collins, Tonya (Joseph) Caulley; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; two sisters, Gethel, Glenda; brother, Terry Spencer and a host of other relatives.
