Billy Ray Gentry

He was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings, Victor Gentry and Wanda McKinney. Surviving siblings include, Carrie Bricker, of Carlisle, Oh. Malcolm Gentry of Monroe, Oh. Brenda Young, Winchester, KY. Special brother-in-law JC Young, of Winchester, KY. He also had several nieces, nephews and extended “family” who not only visited, but prayed, sent meals and other numerous acts of kindness during his illness.

“Billy” graduated Lee County High in 1960. He retired from Continental Baking, after 52 years of service where he held various positions across the organization. Bill was an avid Nascar fan, Kentucky Wildcats follower and lover of fishing, especially in the Kentucky waters. He loved vacations in the south, including his home town to spend with his mother. He enjoyed vacations in South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida and the Bahamas. To know him, was a privilege and also a blessing.

Memorial Services will be held at Anderson Funeral Home in Franklin, Ohio on Saturday January 6th at 11am, with visitation to be held one hour prior at 10am. Burial at Springboro Cemetery, in Springboro, Ohio at a later date.
