Carl Eugene McIntosh, 62, of Middletown, Ohio died April 18, 2016 at his residence. He was born January 23, 1954 in Jackson, Kentucky the son of John and Bessie (Haddix) McIntosh. He is survived by his wife, Karen (Downey) McIntosh, son, Aaron (wife, Tera) McIntosh and their children Carter, Connor and Annastyn McIntosh; step daughters, Susan Morris and Karen Hopkins, stepson, William Manning, an additional nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, three sisters, Jan Cottle, Vickie McIntosh and Connie Bush; two brothers, Charles McIntosh and Dennis McIntosh; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 2pm at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, Middletown, Ohio. Visitation will be 12-2pm Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Woodside Cemetery. Memorial Contributions can be made Hospice of Dayton.
