Charlotte Faye Collins, age 72, of Liberty Township, OH, passed away Wednesday July 19, 2017 at West Chester Medical Center. She was born in Irvine, Kentucky on July 25, 1944 to Leonard and Ivory (Mayse) Cole. She was employed with Otterbein Retirement Home in their Human Resources Dept. She was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings. Charlotte is survived by her son, Lewis (Jill) Collins; a daughter, Stephanie (Terry) Credit; 4, grandchildren, Ashley, Trevor, Dylan and Abby; two brothers, Gary (Linda) Cole and Mike (Brenda) Cole. Funeral services are 12:00 pm Friday at the Anderson Funeral Home 40 North Main Street Springboro. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
