Charlotte Ann Turner, age 77, of Middletown, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. She was born October 1, 1938 in Middletown, Ohio, the daughter of Harlan and Clarissa (Prows) Hedger. Charlotte was active with the Middletown Senior Citizens and had many pen pals.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, James Hedger. Charlotte is survived by her husband, Harold Turner; her two daughters, Kimberly (Danny) Patla, Clarissa (Jim) Gilley; son, Rick (Sara) Turner; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister, Carolyn Aikman; and a brother, Ronnie Hedger.
Funeral service will be Friday at Noon at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home with Bob Stacy officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Monroe.
