David Reese, age 68, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. David was born in Belfountaine, Ohio on May 8, 1948 to the late Frank and Ruth (Lamprecht) Reese.
David worked as an expert mechanic and retired from Voss Chevrolet after 43 years, he never met a stranger and was a friend to all who met him. In his younger years Dave enjoyed drag racing and won many trophies, and was known for 9 seconds in a quarter mile.
Survived by his wife of 45 years, Teckla Reese, daughter, Ann (Mike) Wilford, son, Brian (Alexis) Reese, six grandchildren, Kaela, Andrew, Jackson, Grace, Gabriel, Joshua; brother, Dennis (Sherry) Reese; sister, Patricia Reese and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in care of Anderson Funeral Homes in Franklin, OH.
