Dennis Charles Banks, age 43, of Monroe, OH passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at his residence. He was born May 18, 1972 in Middletown, OH, the son of James and Deanna (Johnson) Banks. Dennis was employed with Fort Hamilton Hospital. He is preceded in death by his father, James Banks. Dennis is survived by his daughter, Rylan Banks; son, Noah Banks; mother, Deanna Banks; brother, Kevin Banks; sister, Dana Banks; niece, Holly; and nephew Dylan. Funeral service will be Monday, February 8, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery.
