Dorothy Griffin-Collins, age 87, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025 at Vancrest Senior Living, Eaton, Ohio at 5: 22 PM. Born in Fayette Township, Ohio on January 22, 1938 she was a daughter to the late Albert & Annica (Nillis) Moore. Dorothy enjoyed flipping and remodeling homes with her late husband, Kernie. She loved her fur baby "Lucy", and will be truly missed by those who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband John W. Griffin: son John D. Griffin: as well as her siblings.
Survived by her sons Keith (Tina) Collins; Brad (Lora) Collins: daughters Teresa (Steve) Clark; Karen Collins- Wathen: several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as extended family members.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be held for Dorothy on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Woodhill Cemetery, 6228 Hamilton- Middletown Rd, Franklin, Ohio with Pastor James "Skip" Collins officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Covenant Christian Center, 3274 Pennyroyal Rd, Franklin, Ohio in Dorothy's Honor. Arrangements entrusted to Anderson Funeral Home, Franklin, Ohio.
