Eugene Kevin Ray Underwood, age 64, of Middletown, died Sunday, February 2, 2014 at the Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. He was born October 4, 1949 in Middletown, the son of Eugene Underwood and Doris Sparks Underwood. He is survived by his mother, Doris Faye Underwood; two daughters, Angela Todd Newman, Sheri Mark King; one son, Evan Underwood; four sisters, Ronda Mike Dalton, Tanya Tressler, Andrea Benning, Regina Chris Evans; four brothers, David, Paul Carla, Christopher, Philip Anne Marie Underwood; seven grandchildren; and numerous friends and family. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Underwood and a nephew, Joshua Tressler. Funeral services will be 7:00 PM, Friday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Cecala officiating.
