Flo Ella Phillips, age 90 of Carlisle, Ohio passed away on Monday, October 16, 2017 at Wood Glen Alzheimer's Community. Flo was born in Claiborn County, Tennessee on July 27, 1927 to the late Nelson and Laura Lane.
She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Bellbrook, Ohio and knew the Lord from an early age.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Phillips; two brothers, Andy Lane, Eugene Lane; sister, Lucille Hatcher and niece, Charlotte Wetzel.
She is survived by her brother, Noah (Laura) Lane; two sisters, Cora Lee Brooks, Ruby J Livesay and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be on Saturday, October 21, 2017 in Highland Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Mike Miracle officiating.
