Frederick H. Crouch, age 52, of Franklin, OH; died Thursday June 5, 2014 at his residence. Frederick was born in Frenchburg, KY on April 19, 1962 to Orville T. and Martha (Stafford) Crouch. He is survived by his wife of 5 years Amber (Fultz) Crouch; 2 sons Jason and Josh; a daughter Tosha Rogers; 2 brothers Tom and Melvin Crouch; a granddaughter Victoria Lyninger. Funeral services are at the convenience of the family.
