Grace Jewell

Grace Jewell 84, of Carlisle died Wednesday December 26, 2012 at Hospice of Butler & Warren County surrounded by her loving family. She was born in McKee, Ky the daughter of Rev. Willie and Cynthia (Willis) Lewis.

Grace was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 58 years, Edward T. Jewell, a brother, Donnie and step-mother, Arabell Lewis.

She is survived by 3 sons, Rev. Jesse R. (Carolyn) Jewell Sr., Rev. James T.(Sharon) Jewell and William M.(Denise) Jewell, 3 daughters, Carolyn G.(Kermit) Wallen, Geraldine A.(Chuck) Stiver and Connie M.(Randy) Witt, 20 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren. Grace also leaves 12 sisters and brothers, Christine Clark, Alice Wheeler, Effie Henson, Pauline Powell, Corfine Price, Willie E., W.T., Bobby , Theo , Gary ,Ray and Jesse Lewis.

Funeral services will be Monday 10:00 am at the Roberts Road Pentecostal Church, 9569 Roberts Dr. Franklin with the Rev. Bennie Sutherland and Edward Pennington officiating. Visitation will begin Sunday at the Church from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Burial in Highland Cemetery. Condolences may be made to the family at www.anderson-fh.com.
