Herman N. Strickland

Herman N. Strickland, age 80, of Franklin, Ohio, died Thursday March 3, 2016 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born in McDermott, Ohio on August 4, 1935 to Jessie and Ora (Lute) Strickland. He was employed with Kroger for 35 years and retired in 1995. He was preceded in death by his father, Jessie Strickland, mother, Ora Strickland, wife, Annette Strickland, daughter, Julie Ann Strickland, brothers, Aaron Strickland, Everett Strickland, Herb Strickland, sisters, Freda Massey, Reva Ross, brothers, Burlin Strickland, Gerald Strickland, and Roger Strickland. Herman is survived by his daughter, Glenda Hamilton; son, Ronald Strickland; step daughter, Kimberly Neal; three step sons, Timothy Terrill, Jeffery Terrill, Richard Terrill; 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandsons; and sister, June McClury. Funeral services are 11:00 am Monday March 7, 2016 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Celebrant Dan Flory officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
