Ivadelle Hart, age 73, of Salemburg, NC, formerly of Middletown, passed away April 1st at Sampson Regional Medical Center. She was born in Mt. Sterling, KY, and raised in Middletown, graduating from Monroe High School. She then moved to Connecticut for a while, then to North Carolina. Ivy was retired from the Schindler Escalator Company in Clinton, NC, and then went to work for Attorneys Johnson, Parsons and Hobson. She loved sports. Her parents, Everett J. Hart and Edna Heflin, and her brother, Wilbur A. Hart, preceded her in death. Survivors include a sister-in-law, Sandra Hart; cousins William Berl Shirley Wilson and Howard Sue Wilson; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services have been held in Clinton, NC.
