James "J.D" Delano Ruppert, age 53, of Franklin, passed away Sunday December 31, 2017 in Destin, Florida. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on April 11, 1964 to James and Paula (Riley) Ruppert. He was formerly employed with Production Services. James is survived by his parents, a brother, Todd (Shanna) Ruppert; two nieces, Kolbi, and Elizabeth and a nephew, Max. He also leaves many other loving family members and friends. Memorial Services are Monday January 8, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd. St., Franklin.
