Jack Alexander Baker, age 40, of Monroe, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 1, 2011. He was born in Hamilton, June 1, 1970, and was employed as a Dialysis Technician for the Divita Company. Alex had formerly been a Police Officer with both the Monroe and Miami University Police Departments. He was an avid golfer, and loved his four children, Logan Baker, Lauren Baker, Ireland Baker, and Jaxzen Baker. He is also survived by his mother, Frances Terrell; a sister, Heather Terrell; aunts Denyne Dietz, Kathy Dave Malott, Barbara Jones and Susanna Carl Ware; an uncle, Tony Karen Baker; his special friend, Chasity; and numerous cousins and many friends. Memorial services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, March 8, at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home, officiated by the Rev. Jerry Pelfrey and Pastor Lamar Ferrell.
