Jack L Thomas

THOMAS, JACK L of Springboro, passed away on Saturday December 12, 2020. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio to Jacob and Gillian (Gabbard) Thomas on May 16, 1930. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Geraldine (Gerry) Ney, and his sons Richard and Timothy Thomas. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Sophia (Hurst) Thomas and his son Brian (Beth Leisz). He is also survived by his beloved nephews and nieces Steve Ney, Nancy Kisling and Linda Frazier, Shari Botts, Kyle Hurst, Deron Hurst, Michelle Hurst and Jenny Hendershot and their families, his brothers in law, John Hurst and Bill Hurst and his sister in law Nella and Diane Hurst. Jack retired from General Motors after 43 years. He was an electrician. Jack also served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Friends may call on Thursday December 17th from 11am to 1pm at the Anderson Funeral Home, 40 North Main Street, Springboro, Ohio. Funeral service will follow at 1pm.
