Jacqueline "Jacki" Michelle Cornett, age 43 , of Middletown, OH passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born July 16, 1973 in Middletown, OH the daughter of Richard and Marguerite (Cornett) Bush.
Jacki is preceded in death by her mother, Marguerite McGuire.
Her love of animals led Jacki to train animals for various agencies.
Jacki is survived by her husband of 25 years, Randall Cornett; her daughter, Maranda Grace Cornett; two sisters, Jonna (husband, Phillip) Eastham and Tori (husband, Josh) McDowell; father, Richard (wife, Patty) Bush and relatives and friends worldwide.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 10 am at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home with Reverend Roger Green officiating Visitation will be Tuesday, November 15 from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home . Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery.
