Janice was a member of the Franklin Freewill Baptist Church. She liked to sew and was a former owner of her beauty shop and retired from the Ford Motor Company.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Everett and Elvis Burton; and niece Barbara Burggraf; and daughter in law, Sonya Needham.
Jan is survived by her husband John Needham; step-sons, Greg Needham, and Kenny Needham; grandchildren, Travis Needham, and Emily Wolf; sister, Elma Gentry; niece Debbie Robinson; and nephews Derrick, Richard, and Larry Burton, and Billy (Judy) Gentry.
