Jeffrey Phillips

Jeffrey Kyle Phillips, age 47, of Middletown, died Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at the University Hospital, Cincinnati. He was born August 4, 1964 in McDowell, Kentucky, the son of Charles Phillips and Rella Ferguson Phillips. Jeff worked as a surveyor for the Quality Construction Management Company. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3458. He is survived by his mother, Rella Phillips of Middletown, four brothers, Mark, William, Jamie all of Middletown, Christopher Martha of Clarksville; one sister, Cheryl Al Harig of Middletown; a girlfriend, Jennifer Mabry and her daughter, Sophia of Middletown; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Phillips and a sister-in-law, Donna Mick. There will be a visitation from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family, interment at Grassy Lick Cemetery, Grassy Creek, Kentucky.
