Jerry Stephen Butler, Sr., age 62, of Middletown, died Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at the Atrium Medical Center. He was our beloved father, and is now dancing amongst the stars of Heaven. He was born March 31, 1951 in Middletown, the son of Goodloe Butler, Jr. and Lizzie Mae Spicer Butler. He is survived by his children, Paula Holland, Tiffany Butler, Mindy James Robert, Jerry Amanda Butler; 11 grandchildren, Shawn Xavier Selby, Synthia KayLee Holland, Tannah Marie Menz, Dawson Jacob Butler, Trinity Nichole Thompson, Chloe Elizabeth Roberts, James Clarence Roberts Jr., Sierra Ann Roberts, Hunter Stephen Butler, Jasmine Rayne Butler, Aaron James Rice; his mother, Lizzie Mae Butler; one sister, Gail Jerry Black; and one brother, Randy Ursula Butler. Preceded in death by his father, and a brother David Anthony Butler. Memorial services 11am at Towne Blvd. Church of God Saturday, July 20, 2013.
