

Jerry Lee McGregor, Age 73 of Harrison, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 23, 2021. He was born May 9, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Eldridge and Leatha (Mason) McGregor. The youngest of five children.
Jerry met the love of his life in high school, graduating in 1968, marrying shortly after. He worked at General Motors until he retired in 2000.
Jerry was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling.
Jerry always talked about his trips to Benton, Ky to stay with his grandparents, aunts, uncles and many cousins. He also had special memories of spending time with his Aunt Jeanette and Uncle Jack in Indiana. The many stories he has shared over the years about growing up, the pranks, the humor and sarcasm are qualities that he held most dear.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents and sister Barbara McGregor.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Patricia; two daughters Kim (David) Short, Cindy (Tony) Briscoe; six grandchildren Zach (Jena) Short, Jess (Tim) Hale, Kelsie Short, Ashley Briscoe, Amber Briscoe and Lexi McGregor; two great grandchildren Aldin Short and Braya Short; two sisters Judy Gregory, Joan Loos; one brother Jim McGregor; two uncles Arch Mason and Jack Tremain; nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends and adopted grandchildren.
No service will be held at his request, however a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Although he wasn't able to serve, he was devoted supporter of our military. In lieu of flowers we ask that you donate to honorflight.org or local VFW Post 6069, 15 W Silver Street, Lebanon, Ohio 45036, in memory of Jerry McGregor.
