John Albert Dearth, age 75, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at the Atrium Medical Center. John was born August 14, 1945 in Jackson, OH to the late Richard Dearth Sr. and Margaret (Giles) Dearth.
John served in the USMC during the Vietnam War and was a welder with Mound Technologies in Springboro for many years.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard C. Dearth Jr. and Francis Dearth. John is survived by his wife Angela Jo (Kleinhenn) Dearth; his step son, Nicholas (Heather) Ellison; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Elijah, and Benjamin; his sister, Carol Johnston; and a good friend Curtis Wallace.
A visitation for John will be held Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, Franklin, OH. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ed Peyton officiating. Burial will be at Heritage Hills Memorial Gardens, 7370 SR 48, Springboro, Ohio 45066 with full military honors.
