Joyce Turner Estep of Carlisle passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013. Joy was born on September 6, 1949 in Hazard, Kentucky. Joy was preceded in death by her mother, Vena Turner, her father, Everett Turner, and her two sisters, Marjorie Hammock and Mildred Ingle.
She is survived by her daughter, Heidi (Bob) Ragar, her son, Shane (Heather) Estep, and her six grandchildren: Jordan, Lacie, Catelyn, and Connor Ragar and Hannah and Gabrielle Estep.
Joyce will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery in Miamisburg following a visitation and funeral at Eaton-Anderson funeral home in Franklin on Tuesday, January 15, 2013.
