Joyce never met a stranger and was known for her hospitality. She loved to cook and invite family and friends over for Hootenanny Cake and a lively game of Shang-Hi or Mahjong. She was glad to be a charter member of Diapers to Diplomas, a local Mother's Club that has been together for over sixty years.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Evans Jr, her son, John Evans, her brother, Frank Dalton and her sister, Carol Rouse. She is survived by her two sons, Randy (Kim) Evans, Danny (Lisa) Evans; her grandchildren, Kyle (Heidi) Evans, Jeremy (Jessica) Evans, Bethani (Seth) Wieging, A.J. (Carrie) Evans, Alicia (David) Dare, Johnny Evans, Amanda (Joe) Montag; her great grandchildren, Roman, Ivy, Maddix, Iris, Skyla, Hazel, Landon, Amelie and her brother, Steve Dalton.
Funeral Service are private at the convenience of the family.
