Kelly Ann Brewer, age 36, formerly of Middletown, died Saturday February 23, 2019 at University of Kentucky Health Care. She was born on March 31, 1982 to Harry Brewer and Patricia (Yates) Dudley. Kelly was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother, Patricia (Gary) Dudley, three daughters, Kylee Ann Marie Brewer, Allyana Joann Hemsath and Cheryl Lilly Ann Durkin; three sons, Brandon Shane Brewer, Elijah Michael Durkin and Jaxon Rich Easton Wafford. Also a brother, Bruce Robert (Dana) Hawk; niece, Tiffany Hawk, and nephew, Dylan Hawk. Funeral services are Monday 1:00 pm at the Breitenbach-Anderson Funeral Home.
