Max E. Mitchell, age 83 of Franklin, Ohio passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, January 9, 2026. Born in Rutledge, TN on March 21, 1942, he was a son to the late Howard & Ruth (Cameron) Mitchell. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers Doyle and Kenny Mitchell.
Survived by his wife of 57 years, Sharon (Black) Mitchell, whom he married on June 15, 1968: children Kenny & Rhonda Mitchell; Beth & Paul Adams: grandchildren Erica Mitchell; Austin Adams; Haley Adams: great-grandson River Watts: as well as many extended family members, and friends.
