I am so sorry to hear about Pattie.  She always was so pleasant to talk to and always had that warm smile.  You will be missed Pattie, Springboro will never be the same without you.  So glad I knew you and have such fond memories.

Dear Stacey, Phillip, Tim and family,

My name is Gary Betz and I was a classmate of Pattiie's husband, Eddie.

I sent a note to members of both SHS '62 and SHS '63 to inform them about Pattie's death, so that they might share the burden of your grief.

Some of that note addressed her obituary and funeral arrangements, but part of it offered a personal thought as well, which I want to share with you in the following paragraphs.

Pattie's effervescent personality, optimism and ever-present smile endeared her to everyone she knew. Her charisma always made engaging her in conversation an easy, comfortable and enjoyable experience. After her husband Eddie died, she became a welcomed guest at all of our class reunions.

Although Pattie will be missed by so many, it is comforting to know that she and her beloved husband, Eddie, will once again dance in one another's arms,  in the hallways of Heaven.

In the loss of someone dearly loved comes the burden of grief. May these words from the Scottish poet, Thomas Campbell, bring comfort.

"To live in the hearts of those we leave behind is not to die."

Lit a candle in memory of Patricia Kaye Belue

To my sister pattie you were the best sister any one could ask for.Not only a sister but a great friend . I will always miss you. I loved you so much but I now you are with your loved ones.Give them all a hug and kiss for me. Tell them all how much I love and miss them.I know your with the lord now so rest,I will always miss and love you brother phil.

Pattie was at many of the birthday parties for the little kids in the family,  and I have many good memories of giggling and sharing high school memories with her.  I will always remember her laugh and her big smile!  There is comfort knowing she is not only in Gods arms, but in the arms of her loving husband.  In high school, Pattie loved to dance, so now she and hubby are dancing again.  My deepest sympathy to her daughter, Stacey, to her grandchildren, and the whole Stacey family.  It was just so sudden and almost doesn't seem real right now.

Patty was always so much fun! Patty was just  at my house Nov 3 for a cooking party such a dear friend of mine. I will truly miss her with all of my heart. I do know that I will see her again someday in our Lords house. I love you dear Patty and I will see you there ! Please know Stacy you and your family our in my family's prayers.

I worked with Pattie at SJHS. She always had a warm smile or was willing to help with something. She loved Springboro and she was a true Panther at heart! Pattie will be greatly missed.

Pattie was a true example of the motto "Once a Panther, always a Panther." I fondly remember the night Dale Kearns of the 1965 basketball team was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at SHS. Pattie and I made a point to speak with him prior to the game and sat together for the ceremony. When Dale was recognized that night, memories of 1965 came rushing back as she and I jumped up in the bleachers and cheered him on! It was a moment that reminded us of the pride we had as Panthers some fifty years ago and still shared that night! I am thankful I have that memory of Pattie.

She would help in anyway if you needed it.  Definitely an angel now.  Cant believe shes gone.  Will miss her terribly...JH Will not be the same without her!
