Paula Jan Duncan, age 67, of Middletown, died Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Liberty Retirement Community. She was born September 14, 1947 in Middletown, the daughter of Harry H. Duncan and Jean Sexton Duncan. She is survived by three brothers, Jerry, Tom and Bill Duncan; and a few nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. There will be a celebration of life service Saturday, April 11 at 2:00 PM at the Warren County Armco Park, 1223 N. State Route 741, Lebanon.
