She is preceded in death by her brother, Gregory Hagan.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Jensen; daughter, Pamela Frisby; two sons, Cullen Jensen, Zachrya Jensen; four granddaughters, Carly Riddell, Lea Riddell, Tara Riddell, Layla Tucker; grandson, Jacob Tucker; four sisters, Janet Roberts, Susan Braun, Kathy Walters, Michelle Wilson; two brothers, Casper Hagan, Martin Hagan and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services are Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 11:00 am at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street Middletown, OH with Dave Thompson officiating. Burial in Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to services from 10:00am - 11:00am also at the funeral home.
