Peggy L. Black, age 68, of Miamisburg, Ohio, died Thursday January 7, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Pardee, Virginia on April 29, 1947 to John and Myrtle (West) Childs. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Myrtle Childs. Peggy is survived by her son, Paul (Patricia) Mullins; daughter, Rebecca Black; brother, James (Melinda) Childs; sister, Billie (Troy) Gray; 4 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
