Phillip Matson, age 75 of Franklin, Ohio passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. He was born February 14, 1940 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Lawrence and Martha (McKibben) Matson.
Phillip was formerly employed as a Real Estate Agent for 37 years in Dayton and was currently working at Berkshire Hathaway. He also touched many lives as a teacher at Patterson Co-Op.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Betty; his two sons, Mark and Derek Matson; three daughters, Carrie Speirs, Kelly Green Poplin and Kathy Green Mangrum; 5 grandchildren; also a sister, Kay Musick.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday 11:30 am at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin.
