Phyllis Trenum

Phyllis Jean Trenum, age 73, of Middletown, died Monday, August 30, 2010 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born June 13, 1937 in Middletown, the daughter of Otis Creekbaum and Elizabeth Romans Creekbaum. Phyllis was a member of Victory Christian Church. She is survived by her husband of 53 years and eight months, Fitzhugh Leon Trenum; one daughter, Lisa Stephen Mills of Middletown; two sons, Fitz Trenum of Middletown, Derek Holly Trenum of Miamisburg; eight grandchildren, Toria, Michael, Christopher, Carlee, Hayley, Faye, Lillian, Derek; two sisters, Melissa William Ledford and Mary Catherine Charles Short both of Middletown; one brother, Lester Joann Creekbaum of Middletown, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and three sisters, Lorraine Stamper, Dorothy Keith and Marjorie Williams. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Friday at the Freedom House Church of God, Trenton, with Pastor Gary Trenum and Pastor Larry Fultz officiating. Visitation will be 6-8:00 PM, Thursday at the church. Burial will be at the Butler County Memorial Park. Arrangements are by the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home.
