Rebecca Nicole Alter

Becca had a magnetic personality that people were drawn to, she was very colorful, loved everything sparkly, and was known for her smile. She had an amazing love for animals and that showed in her career as a vet tech at Kettering Animal Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Daniel Miller; great grandmother, Shirley Furnas; and paternal grandfather, George Alter.

Becca is survived by her son, whom she cherished, Daniel Allen Karns; mother, Corey Furnas; brother, whom she shared a special bond with, Joshua Alter; father, Yancy Alter; maternal grandmother, Rebecca Lawson; uncles, Herbie, Kenny, Jesse, and Danny Furnas (who is currently serving in the US Army), and George Alter; aunt, Rhea Booth; Daniels Godmother and cousin, Kelsey Furnas; Special friend and cousin, Jerica Watts; special friends Samantha Shockley, Erica Mitchell, Holly Northern, and Hunter Burt; second mother, Shawn Evans; as well as many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations be made to Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 Second St. Franklin for funeral expenses.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday October 25, 2022 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, at the Barn at Pennyroyal Baptist Church, 3733 Pennyroyal Road, Franklin, Ohio 45005. Funeral services will immediately follow at 4:00 pm with Josh Clifford Officiating.
