Reva Imogene Raney

Reva Imogene Raney of Franklin, OH, beloved wife of Edgar Raney, (deceased), departed this life Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the age of 93. She was born in Menifee County, Kentucky on June 12, 1932. Reva was the daughter of the late Clester Landrum and Martha Ellen Murphy Landrum.

Reva loved the Lord and was a dedicated member of Dixie Highway Christian Center where she attended for about 30 years. She loved gardening, flowers and working in her yard. She was a former employee of King Aluminum in Miamisburg, OH for several years before retiring.

Reva was preceded in death by her sisters, Elsie Hollon, Mary Smallwood, Inez Hounshell, Frances Napier, and Lillie Stevens, as well as her brothers, Johnny Landrum and Ottis Landrum. She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Raney; her three sisters, Ruby Hines of Cynthiana, Kentucky, Edna Rudd of Campton, Kentucky, and Betty Spencer of Paris, Kentucky, as well as, three brothers, Robert (Wilma) Landrum of Means, Kentucky, Warren (Sue) Landrum of Nicholasville, Kentucky, and Everett (Connie) Landrum of Wellington, Kentucky.

Funeral Services are 1pm Tuesday July 8, 2025 at the Dixie Highway Christian Center 5287 S Dixie Highway Franklin, Ohio with Pastor Shawn Bowling officiting. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11am to 1pm at the church.
